Avevo la necessità di avere gli spots segnalati sui cluster e poterli filtrare facilmente, senza dover scrivere manualmente comandi che venissero interpretati dal server remoto.
Così è nato GDX.<br />
Questa applicazione, scritta in C con GTK 3, si collega al server remoto e riceve tutti gli spot; eventuali filtri vengono applicati solamente in visualizzazione, ma tutti gli spots continuano ad essere ricevuti.<br />

I would receive DX cluster sposts and easly filter them, without writes commands on a telnet console.
So GDX was born.<br />
This application, written in C with GTK 3, connects to the remote server and receive all spots; if a filter is selected it is applied only on display, but all spots are received and could be showed afterwards.<br />

<b>CQhana</b> è stato scritto, per arricchire l'ottimo <a href="http://www.cqrlog.com/" target="_blank">CQRlog</a>, un logger avanzato per Radioamatori disponibile per sistema GNU/Linux, che si interfaccia direttamente con la radio. <br />
Al suo interno sono già presenti alcune funzionalità di statistica, ma quello che serviva a me, era avere una visione di insieme su alcuni aspetti principali dei contatti effettuati.<br />

Così è nato <b>CQhana</b>, un semplice script shell, che estrae i dati dal database Mysql di CQRlog ed effettua alcuni grafici di sintesi, riportandoli in un file di tipo PDF. <br />

Il cuore del software è l'argoritmo di <a href="https://www.google.it/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjr4umB1ZjPAhWkAsAKHYMpDeIQFggkMAE&url=https%3A%2F%2Fen.wikipedia.org%2Fwiki%2FGoertzel_algorithm&usg=AFQjCNHl15QLWQnhJyPHTPb6CUQYII5wBQ&sig2=jaLXMqfallYvx5nLvWwjNA" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Goertzel</a> che effettua la decodifica del segnale audio (nulla di mio), a cui ho aggiunto l'interfacciamento con il display <a href="https://learn.adafruit.com/1-8-tft-display/breakout-wiring-and-test" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">TFT da 1,8 pollici</a> su cui vengono visualizzate le lettere decodificate, il numero di parole al minuto ed inoltre viene visualizzato, in modo grafico il segnale ricevuto.<br />

Una delle sue funzionalità è quella di generare un report html / adif estraendo il log dal proprio database.<br />

Siccome per esigenze particolari, avevo bisogno di avere un log testuale e di ricevere lo stesso via mail, ho sviluppato un semplice script perl che permette di farlo.<br />

Visto che ora il palo di sostegno c'è (quello usato per la cobwebb), ho pensato di utilizzarlo per appenderci un semplicissimo dipolo per i 40 metri a V invertita.<br />

Purtroppo, lo spazio è poco e la realizzazione è stata un po' un compromesso, non è molto alto da terra e l'angolatura tra i due fili, non è simmetrica.<br />

<b>Performance:</b><br />
L'unica antenna con cui è stato possibile fare un raffronto, è con la EFHWA multibanda (10-20-40), montata slope. Si nota subito che il dipolo è migliore, avendo almeno 1 - 2 punti S in più. Comunque sono riuscito a parlare in Australia, quindi sono soddisfatto... mi sà che tolgo la EFHWA.<br />

Unfortunately, the room is little... so it is not very high and the angle between the wire is too tight.<br />

<b>Performance:</b><br />
the only antenna wherewith I made a comparison is the sloping multiband (10-20-40) EFHWA. I immediately notice that the dipole is better with 1 - 2 S more then EFHWA. With this dipole i spoke with Australia and so I'm satisfied ... I'm going to remove the EFHWA.<br />

Dopo pochi giorni è nevicato ed il risultato è stato un disastro. I tubi in PVC non hanno retto e si è accartocciata!<br />
<br />
Così sconfortato, ma non vinto ho deciso di rifarla; curiosando un po' nei vari negozi di "fai da te", alla fine ho optato per comprare delle canne di bamboo, utilizzate normalmente come sostegni per i pomodori. Queste canne sono molto sottili, sono lunghe 1,80 mt e sono ricoperte da uno strato protettivo di pellicola plastica.<br />

After few days, It was snowed and it was a disaster. The PVC tubes didn't endure the weight and the antenna is falling<br />

So disheartened , but not won , I decided to do it again ; browsing a bit ' in shops in " do it yourself" , in the end I opted to buy the bamboo canes, used as tomato supports. These canes are very thin, 1,80 mt long and covered by a thin plastic film.<br />

Al FT-897 ho collegato il pc (un eeepc della Asus, con s.o.
